Bikram Yoga, the “Original Hot Yoga”, is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a specific sequence for 60 minutes.
It is a powerful and dynamic practice, systematically working through the entire body – each posture builds on the next and by the end of class, you have stretched and strengthened every system of the body.
The room is mirrored to enable better body awareness and refinement, as well as deepening of the postures through easy self-correction.
