Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a fun, full body, low impact, high intensity, interval workout using Pilates principles. It creates long lean muscle mass, improves flexibility, strengthen the core and glutes, and burns fat without the pounding you would typically experience in a high impact workout. It’s safe and healthy for the joints, muscles and bones of the body.

The class is practiced in a slightly heated room with energetic music.
