Nestled in the beautiful leafy and quiet suburb of Fig Tree Pocket, our studio offers a unique boutique experience in the area.
Our aim is to build a community as well as offer a range of yoga classes and events to bring like-minded people together in a way that makes them feel safe, secure and part of something greater.
Come and join us for Yoga and Pilates that will both challenge you and bring you a sense of peace and harmony.

Whether you are a complete beginner or are already familiar with Yoga and Pilates, we look forward to welcoming you to the studio.

I enjoy everything about Fig Tree Yoga, it’s tucked away in a nice private green pocket of Brisbane. The drive to the studio feels like the beginning of the practice as you get to drive through serene big green trees overhanging the roads and lots of horses in the green paddocks. I love how the studio is under Tanya’s house feels like a very personal studio, it gets nice and hot, with double-sided wall mirrors which really helps improve my practice being able to see from different angles. I also love the pull-up bar it’s perfect for stretching before and after class. The studio also has a neat little kitchen area with a fridge and freezer to keep my drinks nice and cool. I like how there is a bathroom as well for a cold shower after a hot yoga session. Tanya, as a teacher, is my favourite type of hot yoga teacher, she regularly walks around the class, pays deep attention to her students and gives tips as well as manoeuvring the body to correct the posture, helping my practice tremendously. I highly recommend it to all beginners and advanced yoga students of all ages.

Tanya is an incredible teacher. She has helped to re-ignite my love of yoga - challenging me without ever making me feel judged, or pushed too far beyond my limits. 3 weeks of consistent practice with Tanya and I can already see notable improvements in my mobility and range. Such a calm, welcoming space!

Tanya is just an amazing teacher. She pushes you to explore space beyond your comfort zone and guides your journey with insightful, wise experience. You’re guaranteed to come away from every class feeling invigorated, centred and relaxed. I cannot express my thanks enough for her guidance and presence.
